Design Concept

Diverging from the heavy lazy sofas of Eilersen, Plano comes in line with the classic Scandinavian style which features slender and elegant shape and airy and playful temeprament. "I lived in South of France. At the beginning, I instilled a Southern European flavor to the sofa but I then realized that I wanted the sofa to be adaptable to different styles and tastes. So I made some adjustments to make it quieter and lighter, a sister of the lazy sofa. That's how Plano was born. It is the lightest sofa we've ever made." said Jens Eilersen, the designer of the sofa.
